In the midst of significant changes driven by carbon-neutral, circular economy, and global transformation, our company has focused on the effective utilization of biochar emitted from wood biomass power generation as a means to contribute to nature, environment, and society. Biochar is created by carbonizing biomass, allowing for the long-term and stable fixation of carbon. It has gained attention as an environmental purification technology that reduces carbon dioxide emissions and contributes to mitigating global warming.
However, in practical use, the handling of biochar has been challenging due to its poor workability and the generation of black dust, which hinders work efficiency. Leveraging our extensive expertise in activated carbon production, we have incorporated various processing techniques and catalytic technologies into biochar, improving its performance. Additionally, we have implemented pelletization processing to enhance its handling properties. This enables the sustainable utilization of biomass resources, ensuring stable and cost-effective supply in large volumes. Consequently, biochar can be effectively utilized in the field of environmental purification, benefiting water, air, and soil.
By utilizing locally sourced domestic timber, our approach also contributes to increased income in the region and the soundness of forest environments. We invite you to explore our new carbon series, "SDGs Pellet Carbon," which aligns with the goal of achieving a carbon-neutral society.
Product code | Main applications | Distinctive features | Packing unit | DATA |
---|---|---|---|---|
SDG-2 | General (non-water) applications | For removal of harmful gases, malodorous gases, and other purposes (except water applications) | 20kg bag (700kg Jumbo bag) |
SDG-3 | For soil improvement purposes | Removes heavy metals such as mercury, arsenic, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, as well as malodorous gases, benzene, VOCs, etc. The particles disperse in the soil due to their water solubility. | 20kg bag (700kg Jumbo bag) |
SDG-5 | Water resistance grade | Removes harmful substances and odors present in water. Using it for pre-treatment can reduce the cost of expensive activated carbon. It also has ion exchange capabilities. | 20kg bag (700kg Jumbo bag) |
SDG-7 | For underfloor moisture control | By installing it under the floor of residential buildings, it simultaneously regulates humidity and absorbs odors, creating a healthy indoor environment. Unlike regular charcoal, it does not ignite. | 20kg bag (700kg Jumbo bag) |
SDG-8 | For waste disposal facilities | This is an adsorption charcoal that effectively captures malodorous gases emitted from waste through a combination of biochar and inorganic materials, enhanced by catalytic processing. It significantly improves the gas adsorption performance and also removes hydrogen sulfide gas. | 20kg bag (700kg Jumbo bag) |
SDG-9 | For agricultural use | Biochar has a porous structure that has a high capacity to retain water and nutrients in the soil. It serves as a habitat for microorganisms and enhances soil fertility. | 20kg bag (700kg Jumbo bag) |
