SDGs Pellet Carbon (for Underfloor Humidity Control)

Catalytic Carbon for Odor Decomposition and Fixation

SDG-8 is a high-performance pelletized carbon developed by integrating inorganic materials and catalytic components into biochar derived from woody biomass power generation. Through proprietary processing, it efficiently removes six major offensive odor gases (ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, trimethylamine, acetaldehyde, and styrene). It offers excellent deodorizing capability while contributing to carbon neutrality, combining ease of use with cost-effectiveness.

Features

Efficient Removal of Six Major Odors
By combining inorganic substances and catalysts, SDG-8 achieves superior adsorption of major malodorous gases. Ideal for use in waste processing, sewage treatment, and other facilities handling complex odors.
Catalytic Decomposition of Odors
Designed for surface reactions that not only adsorb but also catalytically decompose odor gases—preventing their re-emission.
High Performance at Low Cost
Offers performance equal to or better than conventional activated carbon at less than half the cost—economical even for large-scale operations.
Dust Suppression and Improved Handling
Pellet form minimizes dust dispersion, enhancing safety and workability on-site.

Main Applications

  • Moisture and odor control in residential crawl spaces
  • Humidity, mold, and odor mitigation in older homes
