High Adsorption Meets Breathability
Activated Carbon Mesh Cloth (MC) is a functional textile that integrates high-surface-area activated carbon with a breathable and durable mesh fabric. Designed for versatile applications ranging from deodorization and purification to protective layering, it can also be enhanced with catalyst treatments to provide deodorizing, antibacterial, or decomposition functions. Available in two types—thick (double raschel) and thin (knit)—to suit different environmental and performance requirements.
- Excellent Adsorption Performance
- Effectively removes odors and organic substances in both gas and liquid phases.
- Breathable & Durable Structure
- Allows air and liquid flow while supporting sewing, molding, and fabrication.
- Optional Functional Add-ons
- Catalyst impregnation can provide added deodorizing, antimicrobial, or decomposition functionality.
Main Applications
- Filter Media: For deodorization, separation, solvent recovery, gas masks, HVAC, and water filtration
- Protective Layer Materials: Used in insulation, moisture regulation, chemical/biological/radiological protection, and decontamination
- Composite Materials: As a performance-enhancing layer in textiles, protective clothing, or functional laminates
